We use Texas brown oak to smoke our meats to perfection! We are dedicated to using Local and Natural Beef and Meyer's All Natural Steaks.  

We are proud to source a portion of our hormone and antibiotic free beef from Cedars River Ranch in Colorado, and our hormone free dairy products come exclusively from farms that promote open grazing.
