Don Timoteo, the patriarch of the original Casa Chimayo Restaurant proudly introduced Benina and Joaquin Quintana, as the new owners of Casa Chimayo Restaurant in Santa Fe, NM back in 2022. Just like Timoteo, they grew up with a deep appreciation for New Mexican traditional food served by their grandmothers. Since then, the two have accumulated years of experience learning the restaurant industry while working in various establishments, and then as owners and chef of Bella's Mexican Grill in Taos, NM.

Benina and Joaquin continue the Casa Chimayo tradition where you come as guests, make friends, and leave as family!
