Located one block from the historic Plaza and one block from the Lensic Theater. Palace is situated on a landmark site dating back to the mid 1800s, when it was a saloon, gambling hall and bordello owned by the infamous card-shark and courtesan, Doña Tules, an important and colorful character in Santa Fe’s wild history. The modernized décor pays homage to the restaurant’s past, while ushering in a new era of casual elegance.
The bar and lounge are a favorite stop for locals, featuring one of the largest selections of spirits in the state. The signature craft cocktails are a must try, with Happy Hour offered daily from 5pm till 6:30pm throughout the entire restaurant.
The menu includes such diverse starters as beef tartar, tuna carpaccio, oysters on the half shell with mezcal mignonette, and a happy hour green chile mac+cheese. House specialties feature top-quality prime steaks including a Txuleta for 2 ribeye, a Moroccan-braised pressed lamb, and seasonally changing hand-made pastas from the talented kitchen. A substantial wine list with many selections from across the globe rounds out the experience, whether you are looking for a casual bite, a cocktail and some nibbles, or a special evening with friends and loved ones.
We look forward to welcoming you to Palace.
