CCA Cinema
The CCA Cinema is Santa Fe’s only independent, nonprofit cinema, and one of the most popular theaters in Santa Fe.
CCA Cinema curates exceptional, first run independent and foreign films, as well as documentaries, featured on 2 screens (109-seat cinema and 49-seat cinema).
We also curate several monthly film series, including:
- Closer Looks (an examination of arthouse classics with post-screening discussions)
- Amplified (a series that showcases music films and documentaries)
- Auteur (a series of visionary film works that exists on the margins of the industry)

The CCA Cinema Gallery, adjacent to our Cinema and Studio theaters, showcases emerging Santa Fe artists and includes the CCA Cinema Library, a collection of film publications we subscribe to quarterly and monthly.
CCA participates in the annual Santa Fe International Film Festival, hosts the Jewish Film Festival, and screens films for many Santa Fe nonprofits and local school children throughout the year. CCA offers discounted tickets to students and low income individuals for regular film screenings.
Chatter
Every Saturday morning at CCA, Chatter presents a concert of contemporary chamber music at 10:30 am in the CCA Muñoz Waxman Gallery. The program includes 1 hour of music curated by Chatter Artistic staff, and spoken word presented by a guest poet or writer. It’s the perfect way to begin your weekend. The Exodus Ensemble
The Exodus Ensemble presents contemporary, immersive theatre productions in the CCA Spector-Ripps Gallery. Exodus creates explosive, original adaptations of classics where live theatre, cinema and audience interaction collide and is led by Executive Director April Cleveland. Exodus Experiences are rated Theatre-MA and are appropriate for audiences 18+. Exodus includes a company of 13+ professional actors and we’re thrilled to have them based at CCA. Tia Collection
Founded in 2007, Tia Collection is a global art collection based in Santa Fe, New Mexico with a mission to support artists and museum institutions by acquiring and loaning works of art. Tia aims to foster dialogue, stewardship, and scholarship of art through its lending program, partner exhibitions and publications. Tia curates a bi-monthly exhibition of art in the CCA Muñoz Waxman Gallery, and each installation is curated by the Tia team to share insight into the different perspectives we all experience with art.
