Each year the Wine & Chile Fiesta brings as many as 90 national wineries to Santa Fe to partner with 75+ of Santa Fe’s best restaurants. For five days in September, the schedule includes cooking demos, wine seminars, winery luncheons and dinners.
The 5 days of events culminate with the highly popular Grand Tasting at the Santa Fe Opera where all participating Santa Fe restaurants and wineries serve samples of their best food and wine.
Tickets are available online usually the first business day after July 4th. Click link above to purchase. There is a variety of events and prices tend to range between $25 - $200+. Events are held at various restaurant locations, the convention center, and for the finale Grand Tasting, the Santa Fe Opera.
