Mille is an extremely popular local eatery for breakfast through brunch time with a broad range of menu items, such as crisp fresh salads, savory quiche dishes, croque monsieur, and croque madame, French specialty sandwiches, and traditional seasonal comfort foods.

Artisan breads, cakes, and pastries galore, plus light and airy Macarons in a variety of flavors. Morning pastries feature the beloved croissant, from the simple plain, and pain au chocolat to the more exotic almond/raspberry/chocolate croissant, or try the ham/swiss/green chile croissant.

Salads take you on a Tour de France with some of the most iconic plates, such as their Salade Niçoise, and Salade Roquefort.

Delicious crêpes include the Jambon Brie, and the Smoked Salmon, sour cream and Swiss cheese, and you can go gluten-free with the Galette Bretonne buckwheat flour crêpe of Swiss cheese, Parisian ham, sunny-side-up egg. Indulge in some of their sweet crêpes like the Belle Hélène of pears, vanilla-bean gelato, chocolate sauce, cinnamon & whipped cream.

Traditional French comfort food dishes include Moules Marinières & Fries - sailor-style mussels in a wine and butter sauce with garlic, shallots, parsley, and lemon, served with a side of fries and toasted baguette slices - to warm the cockles of your heart.

And don't forget the drinks! All the espresso drinks you would expect from a French café plus the extras like chai lattes and a large selection of teas; Fresh squeezed orange juice; A limited yet quality selection of 100% French great wines, going from Burgundy down to Corsica with a detour by Bordeaux.

Mille is an easy walk from downtown Santa Fe hotels, b+bs, vacation rentals and you'll find a warm welcome into their indoor and outdoor areas, (outdoor heated patio in winter).
