The Encaustic Art Institute/Museum of Encaustic Art is a 501c3 non-profit.

MoEA invites you to not only feast your eyes, but you can also carefully touch the art in its installations. Encaustic is a wonderfully versatile medium with a tactile allure as well as stunning visual beauty.

A visit to this one-of-a-kind museum will show you the many ways encaustic is creatively applied in painting, paper arts, photography, mixed media and sculpture.

MoEA also offers a schedule of weekly hands-on workshops for adults and children. Ages 6 - 16 kids are free and must be accompanied by an adult. Appointment is required for free workshops.

Workshops are open to all levels of experience, all materials are included in the workshop prices.
