The Encaustic Art Institute/Museum of Encaustic Art is a 501c3 non-profit.
MoEA invites you to not only feast your eyes, but you can also carefully touch the art in its installations. Encaustic is a wonderfully versatile medium with a tactile allure as well as stunning visual beauty.
A visit to this one-of-a-kind museum will show you the many ways encaustic is creatively applied in painting, paper arts, photography, mixed media and sculpture.
MoEA also offers a schedule of hands-on workshops for adults and children. Ages 7 - 17 kids are free and must be accompanied by an adult.
Workshops are open to all levels of experience, all materials are included in the workshop prices.
