Blue Heron at Sunrise Springs is located on the historic Camino Real de Tierra Adentro (the royal road of interior land), a short 20 minute drive southwest of downtown Santa Fe.

Now serving Lunch, Dinner & Sunday Brunch in the newly-restored historic building overlooking our spring-fed pond.

Chef Rocky Durham works closely with local farmers to source seasonally available herbs, fruits, and vegetables to create a selection of vibrant and flavorful dishes.

Menu items vary, and are always delicious and interesting. Perhaps a farm tortilla soup, mixed green salad and house-made flatbread with a salmon salad niçoise, chicken stir fry or scrumptious green chile cheeseburger. For dinner, perhaps beef tournedo of grass-fed tenderloin with roasted fingerling potatoes, a poblano chile relleno with quinoa, or green chile chicken fajitas, or crispy pan-seared sea scallops served with blue corn crepes and mild red chile beurre blanc.
