Dan Namingha is from the Tewa-Hopi tribe. He has been showing professionally as an artist for over forty years and has earned international acclaim. His works command unwavering respect for the earth and spirit of his ancestry, the beautiful heritage that is the heart of his creativity.
Arlo is the eldest son of Dan Namingha. An internationally known, award-winning artist in his own right, Arlo's work not only reflects the figurative aspect of his native people, but also the idea of scenery and landscape as well as symbolism.
Michael Namingha is a visual artist with a spare contemporary aesthetic. He works in the medium of digital inkjet images printed on canvas and paper, as well as numerous types of installations. He studied at Parsons School of Design in New York, and has worked on many exhibits around the world including projects for Hermes of Paris and the Richardson Sadeki architecture firm. He is Dan Namingha's youngest son.
