The SFCO is the Community performing for the Community FREE of charge! Each year, from October through June, enjoy an excellent season of five concerts of classical favorites, rarely heard repertoire, accessible contemporary works, & world premieres of compositions by New Mexico composers.

Let's Dance! Annual Swing & Ballroom Dance Event

Music Director Oliver Prezant brings the SFCO to the community each season with a fascinating repertoire:

Anatomy of a Symphony Concert Previews * Side-by-Side programs with the public schools * Performances of large choral/orchestra works * Innovative collaborations with actors, dancers, & filmmakers * New Works by New Mexico's Composers * Let's Dance! The annual Swing and Ballroom dance event, featuring the SFCO and the Santa Fe Great Big Jazz Band.

The orchestra's concert repertoire has spanned six centuries, encompassing many periods, nationalities, and styles from music of the Renaissance through contemporary music of 20th and 21st century composers.
